We completed our door by assembling our components which consisted of 5” stiles and 6 ¾” rails. The components were run on various shapers with detail machining on our MultiCam 5000. The assembly is much the same as we covered in our “Gate Project”.
After the detail machining and assembly, we used applied moldings to enhance the final appearance of the door. We hung the door in our frame and used temporary panels in the sidelights where our etched glass will be installed after the etching process.
