A customer has requested 2 Fleur de lis keys to made from Extira for placement above his garage door openings. The pieces will be center of the overhead door and a brick soldier course will butt each side of the key. The key size will be 10” in height & 10” in width. The sides will taper from 10” to 6” at the base of the key.
Our 1st. picture is the cad file showing the engraved tool path. We used a 90 degree conic bit set at a depth of ¼” to create the recessed bevels.
