We were recently commissioned by a local contractor to build a unique entrance to an office area at a local bank.

The project would entail the production of 6 panels that when assembled would form 2 columns that create a focal point for the glass office area entrance. Above the door, spanning the width of the columns would be a header that provided space for the name of the institution.

The entire project was constructed using genuine mahogany hardwoods.

As always…we began the project in our Cad program.

The following pictures depict the layout for the front and side panels.

The panels have (7) 1” flutes that run through the centers with raised panels above and below. A 1-1/2” panel mold was used to create separation between the machined areas…the finished project is definitely an eye catcher!!!
