Our customer has requested we build 200 necklace display stands. The necklace stands will hold their line of alligator tooth necklaces displayed in retail outlets.
We used 1-1/8” MDF material in the fabrication of the stands. The finished measurements are 19-1/4” in height x 12” in width x 8” in overall depth. The stand will have 6 cup hooks located along the top for hanging the necklaces. We will pre-bore the holes to accept the hooks.
After designing the stands in our Cad program, the file was sent to our CNC router for production.
After assembly, we eased the edges with a laminate router to remove the sharp edges. The customer will provide the finishing and install the cup hooks.
